Target Housing

We were asked to work with Target Housing to help prepare them to be ready to tender for a significant expansion of their services. As a leading provider of accommodation and other services to ex-offenders in the Sheffield area they were keen to expand their services into the Rotherham area.

We worked with Target to help them complete the Pre Qualifying Questionnaire and then to complete the full tender for services; a very comprehensive document was completed and submitted in advance of the submission deadline. We were delighted to hear that Target’s submission had been successful and Target was offered the contract for services in Rotherham.

This typifies our approach to client commissions – we want to work with clients to help them be successful in their ventures but also to ensure that our work helps develop the skill base of the organisation for them to capitalise on in the future.

Voice4Change England

Voice 4 Change logoWe were appointed to work on the development of a new strategic plan with Voice4Change England, the national organisation which provides coordination guidance and support to Black and Minority Ethnic infrastructure organisations throughout England. Having met the Chief Executive, Vandna Gohil, we worked to ensure that we understood both the organisation in general, and the brief in particular. We attended meetings of the 17-strong Partnership Council to inform our work more closely and met with staff to ensure we understood the relationship the new Strategic Plan would have with other existing documentation.

Working closely with the Chief Executive we developed a new Strategic Plan which reflected existing documents such as the Memorandum of Agreement that had been developed with the Government’s Office of the Third Sector, the Agreement of the various Voice4Change England partners and many others, and which also developed the organisation’s plans for its future. We developed a Plan which achieved all of this on time and on budget.
